Provides skilled nursing care in client's home. Completes nursing assessment, confers with physician and clinical team to develop Plan of Care. Performs therapeutic procedures and treatments as ordered. Provides education to client and family. Maintains and submits documentation as required.
Current Indiana license as a registered nurse required. Current unrestricted Indiana Driver's License required. Must have the ability to provide a reliable means of transportation and ability to function with minimal supervision. BLS or CPR for Healthcare Providers certification required.
