As a Business Operations Analyst you will be a critical member of a Core Program Team responsible for development and approval of various documentation, cross-functional meeting facilitation, process improvements and core support for program launch.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead the team through the development and approval of core program related documents including but not limited to; program business cases, cost/feasibility/timing analysis, program timing plans, program direction forms and sourcing documentation.

Support key milestone deliverables from Program Start to Program Approval.

Lead cross-functional Cost, Feasibility & Timing evaluation for Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Quality.

Manage business case content development, program timing and financial approvals for production and dealer channel accessory programs.

Analyze financial, engineering and manufacturing data to ensure financial viability of programs prior to approval.

Identification and resolution of program and business case issues

Ensure smooth business case transition from the Business Group to Planning / Program Management.

Interface with Management, Purchasing, Finance, Market Areas and other Global Regions.

Facilitate key meetings and coordinate action plans to resolve issues.

Identify and support procedural updates as the business climate changes.

Work seamlessly within a Hybrid Work Model environment as directed by the Company.
