Claritas helps marketers identify their best customers, deliver campaigns to those customers when and where they engage across channels, and optimize and measure marketing performance to drive better ROI.

Claritas is seeking a successful Technical Support Engineer with a problem-solving mAd indset that thrives in a fast-paced and evolving organization. The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for ad operations, tag management, partner integration and troubleshooting issues on live campaigns to ensure client success with Claritas solutions. The Technical Support Engineer serves as a subject matter expert internally, providing feedback to support product innovation and development.

Primary Responsibilities

Ad Operations, including:

    Tagging: Manage full cycle: how to tag, how tags work, how data is selected

    Troubleshooting: working with clients to ensure technology is set up correctly

    Quality Assuring: validating that technology is working as expected

    Partner Integration & Certification:

      Connecting our data and technology with new partners

      Testing and certifying new integrations

      Subject Matter Expert:

        Developing and maintaining FAQs and documentation

        Interfacing with Development team for architecting new solutions

        Communicating, triaging, and escalating projects across the organization

        Identifying emerging trends in digital marketing landscape and staying current on best practices

        Continually educating team members on best practices and emerging technologies
