We are searching for a talented .Net Software Developer to become part of Peratons Citizens Security & Public Services, State & Local Regional, Maryland Automated Benefits System Program. This position will be located on a client site in Baltimore, MD.
The .Net Software Developer will support Marylands Department of Labor to maintain and enhance the current Unemployment Insurance benefits application. The Developer will need to write complex queries in MS SQL, support web-based application systems, be able to solve problems and have the ability to use MS Office Tools.
What youll do:
The .Net Software Developer will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
Develop programs for .NET applications
Program using ASP.Net MVC, C#
Use Knowledge of Visual Studio Development Environment to solve problems
Design and maintain software within the Microsoft Framework
Utilize Team Foundation Server and Git repository
Utilize Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
Utilize MS SQL Server Integration Services
Utilize MS SQL Server Reporting Services
Be able to use Client-side web development
Be able to perform System Analysis and apply Design skills
BS 2-4 Years, MS 0-2 or HS 8-10
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of work experience as a developer using .NET applications
Experience with any of the following: .net applications, ASP.net, VMC, C#
Experience in SQL Server Management Studio
Experience in Team Foundation Server and Git repository
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of Unemployment Insurance Systems, UI business processes
Familiarity with relational databases DB2, SQL, IBM z/OS
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, MS Visio
