We are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our dynamic and talented team with a FUN culture to support our parents and students.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Respond to email inquiries in a timely and personable manner

Provide outstanding customer service to our families by region; understand the familys core concern, and resolve their issue.

Quickly and accurately assess the customers individual issue and take appropriate action steps to resolve it.

Follow concerns through to resolution; partner with other teams as needed to resolve concerns.

Accurately make changes to the account as directed by the customer and update notes information.

Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments

Strive to meet quality assurance measurements and department goals

Provide technical support through email to parents of children using our programs and services

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and office policies

Process scheduling adjustments, credits, refunds, and registrations.

Go the extra mile to engage and provides exceptional customer service

Project patience, empathy, caring, and sincerity in voice tone and words

Requirements

What we are looking for:

High school degree or GED required; Associates degree a plus

A minimum of 2 years of customer service, help-desk, and/or comprehensive call center knowledge

Bilingual , is a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines and manage time effectively

Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences, including the ability to remain calm and courteous when handling difficult calls and requests

Ability to make sound decisions quickly in a fluid, fast business environment

Excellent written communication with knowledge of proper grammar and email etiquette

Exceptional organizational and time management skills necessary, in addition to, the ability to work closely with other team members and departments

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices and/or willingness to learn and gain proficiency in new software systems
