Support all aspects of global immigration and work authorization across the U.S., both non-immigrant and immigrant processes
Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing employees with a focus on employee experience
Maintain collaborative relationships with existing HR/immigration partners and vendors
Coordinate non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters in partnership with external counsel
Review immigration related documents to offer creative and compliant solutions
Build and maintain mobility trackers and process documentation regarding international assignment, relocation, or transfer programs
Be detail orientated with record keeping with a diligence in handling sensitive information
Support international and domestic relocation in close collaboration with recruiting
Identify opportunities for process efficiency
2+ years of progressive experience in human resources with at least one year of demonstrated experience with U.S. immigration process and visa types
Strong ability to manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback while being adaptable and flexible
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
Highly organized with outstanding customer service and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and exercise good judgment with excellent follow-through
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
SHRM U.S. Employment Certification
GMS Certification
Experience in a technology company
