This position is a member of the Release Management team responsible for performing business acceptance testing and regression testing, through manual or automated means, for all FTN brokerage systems based on road map and scrum team iterations, documenting all systems testing and identifying defects or enhancements required prior to release into production.

Uses operations expertise and knowledge in development of information systems test plans matched to feature and story acceptance criteria

Engages business directly when necessary to ensure that test scenarios are robust

Performs business acceptance testing and regression testing, through manual or automated means, for all Logistics systems based on road map and scrum team iterations

Documents systems testing, including user acceptance testing ensuring that proper quality controls are in place

Prepares for and participates in PI Planning, team demo, system demo and retrospective

Reviews outcome of all test plans to ensure all scenarios have passed and meet business requirements

Responsible for identifying and reporting defects or enhancements to the scrum team prior to release into production

Supports communications to training, regulatory and other stakeholders to ensure necessary materials and communications are completed ahead of deployment. Creates written communications in support of the brokerage product tools to organizational users to communicate changes in the brokerage product tools.

Utilizes Agile methodology when working with the Scrum Team

Looks for gains in efficiency with brokerage product operating tools, which may include items such as interfaces, development of electronic documents for customer use, reduction of keystrokes of system enhancements.l

Conducts Post Load Validation in concert with scrum team

Bachelor's degree/equivalent.

Three years experience in logistics, which includes experience with production systems

CCS preferred

Experience with Agile preferred

Knowledge of CBP or CBSA and other US or Canadian federal agency laws, regulations and procedures governing the brokerage product industry.

Comprehensive knowledge of import processes for the US and Canadian brokerage entries

Knowledge of FedEx customer specifications and able to process in a time sensitive environment.

Strong conceptual and critical thinking skills, excellent initiative, strong organizational skills, human relations skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrated verbal, written and reading comprehension skills.

Ability to travel

Pay Range: $47,475.96 - $86,526 depending upon experience, location and company policy.
