Plans organize, oversee, and personally conduct the delivery of patient care as directed by physicians and other higher-level nursing staff in the hospital, emergency room, or outpatient settings.
Acts as the team leader with other professionals and Para-professionals in the delivery of patient care services.
Plans organize, and coordinates the admission of patients: establishes patient care plan and coordinates under the direction of the M.D. /DO plan of care.
Maintains patient charts covering treatments, care, and progress.
Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with patients, families, medical staff, and other fellow workers in the care team.
Experience :
Two years of experience performing professional nursing duties, preferably, in a small general acute care hospital.
Two years of bedside nursing experience in the medsurg unit.
Licensures/Certifications:
Valid certificate of registration issued by the State of California Board of Registered Nurses
CPR, BLS, ACLS
