We will develop a new project from scratch. The project is about production/labor planning and allocation. We will build real-time labor forecasting . Now there is a lot of manual work and Gsheets, and our new system should automate all these processes. The release of the MVP phase is planned in 3 months and then we will continuously improve the system .

From procurement tools to conversion rate optimization, live pricing tools, payment services and add-on upselling features, they work on a wide variety of challenging problems. The result is a high output where we constantly build and release features.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design and development of our product from requirements analysis to production;
  • Constantly improve software quality ;
  • Contribute on a daily basis and help with code reviews;
  • Write unit tests and improve the test coverage;
  • Search for simple and robust solutions to complex tasks;
  • Work in an Agile methodology environment where innovation, teamwork, and creativity are the key to success.

    Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Node.js software development
  • Strong experience with React/Redux
  • Experience with relational Databases
  • Experience with NoSQL Databases
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD
  • Proficient in writing unit tests using any testing framework
  • Desire and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

    Nice to have:

  • AWS - Architecture
  • SnowFlake/Tableau
  • GraphQL
  • Extensive experience developing complex web applications with React, Hooks
  • Need to practice modern software development techniques such as continuous integration
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines
  • Familiarity writing E2E tests and test-driven development
