KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.


Support current state Information Technology projects through interviews, data analysis, surveys and the documentation of findings and support the implementation of technology at client sites

Liaise with client stakeholders and subject matter professionals and lead portions of engagements under the supervision of the engagement manager

Act as a subject matter professional in one or more domains and/or industry markets and provide input into engagement decisions including project planning and resource allocation

Assist in the creation of proposals and other new business development efforts and in developing or updating firm methodologies regarding technology operations services

Create wireframes and design guides to augment development and create detailed business process flows to capture decision points, rule specifications and workflows for both as-is and future state processes

Facilitate workshops in consultation with client stakeholders and other team members; create business rules tables and interface specification documents


Minimum seven years of recent experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes with at least one IT project applying business process redesign to further the business and/or program goals of the client organization

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

Minimum of two years of experience with IT projects using industry-standard methodologies to produce well-formed artifacts that includes, business process flows and component scenarios ; business rules tables and supporting views, such as state-transition matrices; and business event specifications; or Data exchange specifications

Experience in creating artifacts that includes designing planning and conducting research and experience in developing reports based on research and insights to inform service and experience design

Previous experience delivering consulting services to HHS clients with an emphasis on Child Welfare experience

Strong communication skills both written and oral with the ability to lead teams and function at times with limited oversight

Ability to travel 80%
