Job Title

HR Assistant


Coordinates the day-to-day administration of all internal and external requests for assigned HR programs and policies, including but not limited to: tuition reimbursement, relocation, employee recognition, travel, international assignments, scholarship, employment verifications, unemployment compensation, etc. Ensures program and policy administration is performed in accordance with Company policies and guidelines along with applicable state and federal regulations.

Provides client/vendor support for assigned programs, including problem resolution, research and interpretation of technical issues, reporting, policy and procedural support. Collaborates with all HR functions and third-party vendors to ensure systems and actions meet the companys needs.

Assesses, develops and delivers new and ongoing end user training to ensure efficient utilization for assigned programs.

Coordinates the communication and rollout of new processes, systems and related initiatives.

Reviews internal and external operations on a periodic basis to ensure cost-efficient, effective and policy-compliant administration consistent with the Company's Lean Office principles.

Ensures HR policies and procedures are updated and maintained on employee and manager sites.

Establishes, implements and maintains audit and testing procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of data, processes and third party systems and operations. Performs regular audits for all assigned programs and policies. Maintains HR statistical reports, including defining reporting needs, identifying issues with existing audits and reports, and ensuring security of data provided to clients/vendors.

Processes monthly invoices from third-party providers, reviews invoices for accuracy, resolves any discrepancies with third-party vendors, and reconciles invoices with reports to facilitate payment of invoices.
