Take inbound calls and emails , and answer for 2 mins
Probe for information and solve issue for customer or transfer to a more knowledgeable team
Work with a wide range of industrial companies ranging from commercial transportation to oil and gas companies, to large-scale food producers
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts with a variety of stakeholders in order to best serve the needs of this diverse customer base
You will be assisting customers in troubleshooting issues with hardware, software, operating systems, and mobile/web platforms via phone, email, and chat
Retail, Support, Technical support, Customer service, Troubleshooting, Help desk, Help desk support, Customer support, health care, bilingual
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years in customer service facing role or technical support
Familiarity with IOS/ Mac is required. Slack is a plus. Fresh desk and Zendesk are a plus
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
