KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Learning & Development, Data and Analytics to join our Learning and Development organization.

Responsibilities:

Drive the implementation and analysis of metrics around the talent and leadership strategy and programs through reporting and assessments, and offer solutions efficiencies and streamline processes engaging technology for automation, reducing redundancies in process, reporting and workflow

Manage surveys/data collection and analysis, design and maintain data systems and databases including fixing basic coding errors and other data-related problems

Mine data from primary and secondary sources and reorganize to tell the talent story

Use statistical tools to interpret data sets and identify trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts

Prepare reports, graphics and dashboards that communicate trends, patterns, and predictions

Assist in the development of programs that encompass core leadership competencies including strategies for identifying participants and evaluating outcomes

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of experience supporting/managing data analysis, building dashboards or tracking metrics in support of talent and learning solutions in a large, corporate environment preferably within a professional services firm

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent training/work experience required

Advanced PowerPoint and Excel to use data to tell a story through slides

Experience with data analytics/HR technology a plus, experience with technologies enabling in-classroom, virtual and digital learning is preferred

Ability to effectively support team-based projects with varied levels of stakeholders

Strong communication , relationship and project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously, track deadlines & milestones and communicate status while also being attentive to details; ability to function effectively in a remote/virtual role
