To handle and record all deliveries for Guest Response Department. Ensure supplies are stocked to par levels and remove requested items from rooms when guest is completed with item. Perform reasonable tasks from agents supervisors and manager that assist with the satisfaction with the hotel.


Handle all deliveries for guest requests or other delivery needs. Remove all delivered Guest Response items and make ready for next days use. Complete accurate delivery-recording sheets to track delivery times and completion.

Offer the hotel guests the best possible service in a courteous and hospitable manner, having knowledge of the hotel, hotel staff and services including hours of operation, and guestrooms including: locations, views, amenities, features, types, etc., also a knowledge of the surrounding area.

Stock supply rooms to par levels and track all amenities delivered to guests rooms to maintain an accurate inventory and to ensure recovery upon guest departure.

Complete all special assignments.

Work in a safety conscious manner in accordance with safe work practices.


Knowledge and Skills:

Education: High school education or equivalent experience.

Experience: Experience required by position is from three to six months of employment in a related position with this company or other organizations.

Skills and Abilities: Requires a working knowledge of discipline specific Interstate policies or operations. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job. Requires a good general knowledge of the hotel services, staff, hours of operation, guestrooms, including locations, views, amenities, features, types, etc., and be knowledgeable of surrounding area.
