Join Vista Verde Dental Partners as a IT Support Technician facilitating technology solutions for our dental practice partners and team members.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents reported by our dental partner offices, teams, and leadership as quickly as possible.
  • Under the direction of the IT Director, ensure practice systems and hardware are in compliance with information security policies and remediate any problem systems identified
  • Has a strong customer service orientation and desire to embrace technology as a means of improving service
  • Work alongside various team members and vendors to respond to incidents and identify and resolve root cause of incidents
  • Provide technical expertise to others as necessary, including instructing field offices in basic troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Configure new equipment and connections.
  • Handle day-to-day IT related requests

    What youll need to join Vista Verde Dental Partners:

  • Degree in Computer/Information Science, technical college or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
  • 2 years of experience in an IT support role
  • Proven troubleshooting skills for both computer hardware and software
  • Ability to work in a self-sufficient and independent manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments including daily task and projects
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectivity in partnership with others
  • Extensive travel to practice locations
  • Strong troubleshooting ability; can take steps to isolate issues and determine root cause through investigation and analysis in an environment where little knowledge/experience/documentation exists
  • Experience with deployment of images and software updates to remote computers using tools preferred
