Job Description

Operational, implementation, and sustainability manager will partner with leaders in Consumer and Business Banking , Business Risk Consultants, Third Party Risk Management, PRISM department, and other Business Risk Managers to oversee the successful creation, implementation, and maintenance of an effective operational and risk management framework in collaboration with business line leadership.

Candidate should have a proven operational and risk management skillset which includes high business acumen and refined communication ability across all forums to successfully address engagement requirements of presenting, supporting, and guiding leadership from front line to senior levels.

Initiatives will have candidate identifying gaps and inform solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems, or human errors.

Identifies, responds and/or escalates risks as appropriate.

May lead initiatives and/or activities that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

May ensure the active identification, response and/or escalation of risks as appropriate.

May influence policies and procedures to maximize profit potential and minimize regulatory exposure.

May be accountable for an effective partnership between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense.

May be accountable for contractor workforce implementation, sustainability, termination functions and facilitating vendor engagement from which services are provided

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Five to Seven years of applicable experience

Preferred Skills/Experience/Attributes:

Advanced understanding of CBB's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls

Advanced understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact CBB

Strong knowledge of business risk competencies

Effective skills in leadership and management of process, projects/initiatives, people, and vendor/suppliers

Well-developed analytical skills

Demonstrated oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, planning and implementation skills and negotiation skills

Effective skills at managing stressful situations

Proficient computer navigation skills, particularly word processing, spreadsheet, databases, and presentations

Motivated and thrives in an individual contributor role with strong organization and timeline management skillset

Strong process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills

Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills across all forums and cultures

Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.

Archer eGRC Platform, SharePoint and Loansphere/LSI and other Black Knight platform proficiency

Applicable professional certifications preferred

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $84,065.00 - $98,900.00 - $108,790.00
