The Role

This position is responsible for managing operations support teams. They are accountable to deliver support for various applications or teams. This role is both management and hands-on requiring the person to bring deep understanding of support, strong business acumen, ability to define a vision for their team, ability to lead diverse teams, ability to work within a fast moving environment in a large company and deliver a broad business impact with their support.

The Main Responsibilities

Manage a team of support personnel.

Manage the various support activities and deliverable on time with client satisfaction in an international work environment with matrix resources in different locations and time zones.

Understand the corporate financial and time reporting systems and practices.

Assist employees I building and managing their development plans.

Capable of providing Employee performance reviews

Lead employee and contractor interviews and be able to make decisions on hiring of these candidates.

Provide for the timely and accurate resolution of requests from leadership and partners and regular communication on status of their teams work.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Bachelors degree with 5-7 of years experience and 2+ years previous manager-level leadership experience preferred.

Have a track record of fast learning and adaptation to changing environments.

5 + years of Azure/O365 service management

5+ years of Active Directory management

Experience with migrating from On-Prem to Cloud services

Experience with O365 Governance

Experience with PowerShell scripting
