As a great Implementation Project Consultant, you will provide analysis and consultation to existing clients during implementations/conversions, to ensure satisfied clients. Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
o Bachelor's degree is required OR prior Consumer Loan Origination Implementation Management experience for 7 years in lieu of college degree can be considered.
o 3+ years of professional experience as a Consumer Loan Origination Implementation Consultant or equivalent position responsible for assisting clients with implementations
o Develop and maintain professional client relationships and manage expectations with respect to live dates and other key timelines.
o Provide continuous project feedback and status updates to key stakeholders
o Hands-on experience working with external clients during project delivery
o Work with project managers and project teams to ensure internal project audit points are managed and tracked
o Experience configuring system environment based on client business practices.
o Ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
o Excellent verbal and written communications.
o Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
o Experience with Loan Director a/k/a Velocity and Originate Loans is a Plus
o Proven working experience in the Banking, or Financial Services industry, specifically related to Consumer Loan Origination
o Experience with XML language used in mapping forms and interfaces
o Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
o Cool under pressure, able to manage many details and priorities.
o Attention to detail and dedication to high quality results.
o Independent and fast learner.
