Join our newly formed team on the ground floor as a motivated learner with an interest in Cloud, Sales and Marketing IT Systems supporting Global Business teams across the enterprise.

This exciting role will also offer training and support in pursuing Salesforce certifications.

Key areas of focus will include:

Performs systems analysis and project management.

Supports the technical team in the product development and delivery process.

Participate, support in the continuous Integration project for Salesforce.

Produces efficient project documents following our SLC processes.

Develops and maintains technical support resources including help documents, use cases, process workflows, test plans and test cases.

Works with application development groups to ensure technical specifications are complete for coding and configuration.

Helps coordinate User Acceptance Test activities with business stakeholders.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING

REQUIRED

Bachelors degree in Computer/Information Management Systems.

1 year experience as Business Analyst in software development teams.

Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team environment.

Willing to learn new technologies, frameworks, design patterns, and application/security best practices.

Good verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with all levels in an organization.

PREFERRED

Working knowledge of Agile, SCRUM methodologies.

Good understanding of Continuous Integration , JIRA and DevOps delivery in Salesforce CRM in either Sales Or Service Solutions.
