This position is responsible for dispatching, scheduling, and workflow among the service technicians.
Dispatcher Primary Responsibilities:
Prioritizes new unscheduled service calls for service technicians to meet or exceed customers needs Sets up daily schedule for all service technicians at the branch location. Provides support to branch service technicians in the field to resolve problems Assist in taking a high volume of customer service calls and Obtains and evaluates all relevant information regarding inquiries, discrepancies, and or Provides updates customer and or associates and answers questions regarding pending service calls, parts on order, Assists technicians via email, text, or by phone Verifies warranty information with manufacturers and collects accurate information to close out service calls Sends quotes/estimates for order parts in a timely Performs other duties/tasks as Qualifications:
A High School diploma or the equivalent in Familiarity with computer software to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements:
