First Horizon Bank- Commercial Safekeeping is a leading provider of investment custody services for domestic financial institutions. We are seeking a Client Services Representative to join our group to manage and administer customers investment activity and transactions while supporting their overall relationship with First Horizon Bank.

Responsibilities include:

Direct client relationship management for custody of their investment portfolios.

Oversee the clearing and settlement of clients investment trade activity.

Segregate and pledge client collateral for their public deposits.

Respond timely and accurately to customer service inquiries and requests.

Prepare and submit client reviews and accountings.

Support business development and pursue opportunities to enhance the growth of existing relationships.


Required Experience:

 BS/BA in Accounting , Finance, Economics or other business related discipline and/or equivalent work experience in a securities or financial institutions environment. 3+ years experience in securities/client administration is preferred.     Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast paced team-oriented environment.  Must have   and must maintain a positive attitude.    Able to work independently and willing to help other team members as needs may arise.

Must be very organized, detail oriented, and take pride in producing error free work.

Able to handle large volumes and dollars with confidence and a can-do spirit.

Must be comfortable on the computer using Microsoft Office, Bloomberg and our client accounting system, AM Trust.

Work Hours:

Days - Monday thru FridayTime - 7:30am to 4:30pm
