Responsibilities

As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible to provide the second level of support to ends users by handling incidents and service requests that have been escalated. You will utilize your previous experience to support internal hardware and software issues for the entire company. You will be expected to work on hardware and software problems of moderate scope, provides excellent customer service to the entire company and participate in project-based work such as upgrades, installations and other IT operational tasks. The Required Shift would be Thursday to Monday 8am 5pm. This is a contract to hire position located in Frederick, CO.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required or experience in lieu of degree may be considered

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT required, including experience in service desk or computer related support involving end user and software specific, support preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in help desk or computer related support including software specific end user support required

CompTIA A+ certificate required

Experience providing end user support in an ITIL based environment preferred

The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment

A valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required

Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
