The Human Resources Assistant aids with and facilitates HR processes for all branch locations. This role assists with all functions related to health and welfare plan administration and reconciliation, payroll processing and audits, HRIS maintenance, implementation and project work, talent acquisition and recruitment, affirmative action plan preparation, performance evaluation process, and any additional duties assigned. This role is an on-site position based in our New Richmond, WI branch location. This is a part-time position; hours can vary between 15-25 hours a week, and scheduling can be flexible depending on the candidate.
