About This Role:

Forrester is seeking motivated college students to participate in our paid summer internship program. Specific positions are made available on an as-needed basis and may include areas of sales, consulting, tech management, human resources, and research. This is a high-energy environment and requires strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail, initiative, and a desire to work as part of a team. Interns assist in facilitating and organizing projects within their respective positions while simultaneously having the opportunity to learn from Forrester.


As an Intern within the help desk, you will work closely with support technicians to deploy and support technology critical to Forresters success. Excellent communication and organizational skills are crucial as you work with internal customers to ensure a world-class experience. You will be involved in several aspects of supporting Forresters IT environment.


Job Description:

Communicate with Forrester employees regarding their current technology.

Deploy hardware and software to employees.

Support ongoing hardware and software projects.


Job Requirements:

Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited university is required.

A strong academic record with varied undergraduate work experience.

The ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week for a period of eight to 12 weeks.

Candidates will be working on site 3 days a week with 2 remote workdays.

Effective organization, time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

An independent and motivated self-starter.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

An adaptable team player and fast learner who understands the changing world of business technology.
