This is a stellar opportunity to get involved in a highly visible, large scale SaaS cloud company. This role is an immediate full-time position. Your qualifications, your influence

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills

Mac\PC hardware and operating systems, standard applications, printing, video conferencing, messaging, enterprise applications and remote access tools. Proficient in Mac OS and Win 10 is a must.

Administration with proficiency of collaboration, mail and authentication SaaS subscriptions such as Okta, O365, Slack, Box, Service Now, Webex and Zoom.

Familiarity in systems management platforms: JAMF, SCCM, Workspace One, etc

Support IT Onboarding team with laptop builds and host new hire orientation

Strong end-point troubleshooting skills

Must have superb customer service skills

Comfortable supporting executives in a demanding atmosphere

Company all hands, FAQs, large events with Zoom and Webex

Be available to work a rotating on call schedule with your peers

Providing a key role in supporting IT service level commitments, corporate policies, corporate standards, and compliance requirements: service, incident, problem, access and change requests

Effective workstation lifecycle management: new hires refreshes, break-fix, decommissioning, offboarding etc

Visit relevant Anaplan offices as required. Minimal travel needed, but applicants must be willing and eligible to do so

Creates, maintains and implements process documents, IT policies and knowledge base articles

This role requires normal IN office hours supporting a tech hub with opportunity for remote work occasionally
