Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or via email

Perform onsite and remote technical support

Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers

Walk the customer through the problem-solving process

Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

Provide accurate information on IT products or services

Document events and problems and their resolution in the ticketing system

Follow-up and update customer status and information

Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team

Identify and suggest possible improvements opportunities

Handle end-user requests for hardware and software for supported clients in the environment.

Track and maintain site documentation, configurations, and maintenance. Complete special assignments and project work as needed.

Interface with third-party vendors to resolve certain hardware/software problems

Provision, deploy and recover hardware asset and workstations

Manage IT assets and inventory

Miscellaneous IT tasks and duties

Qualifications / Education

3-4 years of relevant IT work experience supporting over 300 Windows users

Intermediate knowledge of IT technical principles, concepts, and standards

Intermediate knowledge of Windows 10, O365 and other applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team while exercising discretion and good judgment

Resourceful with the ability to take initiative and make recommendations

Demonstrate customer service skills with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

A+, Network+ or MCP certifications a plus

Bachelors Degree preferred

Must be team player willing to assist others at all levels of the organization

Strong communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously or with a team.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to have flexible hours based on IT team schedules.

Ability to communicate effectively on a one-on-one basis or in group setting.

Must be highly motivated individual with high level of initiative and a positive attitude

Ability to exercise strict confidentiality
