CACI is looking to hire an on site Receptionist for our Chesapeake, VA office.
What Youll Get to Do :
Performs a variety of routine security, clerical, receptionist/access control, and switchboard operator duties
Act as a focal-point for site information and other site-specific activities as required
Issue appropriate badges to employees, visitors, customers, and contractors; ensuring proper escort if required
Track/audit all restricted-area badges issued, lost, or destroyed. Report missing badges to security immediately
Screening for prohibited items; communicate policy on prohibited items to visitors when issuing visitor badge
Safeguards Personally Identifiable Information , limit access to PII to only those individuals that must have such access
Answers a multi-line phone and directs callers to appropriate person/department
Answer and respond to service requests from building occupants to building engineers and follow up as needed
Receive packages from delivery service, log and maintain logs of packages. Contact recipients and monitor distribution of packages and secure any deliveries left at the end of the day is secure
Order standard office and pantry supplies as requested
Contact vendors for service, such as shredding, cleaning, repairs, etc.

Demonstrates accountability for conducting company's business honestly, ethically, and with integrity
Update phone lists with frequently called numbers and updated department POCs as necessary and post near reception desk area
May coordinate calendar and make conference room reservations
Check visually for employee identification badges for all personnel entering a facility
May monitor closed circuit TV/security cameras
Create routine spreadsheets as requested
Must be well spoken, professional in appearance, and demeanor; be friendly, courteous, and can multi-task
Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word software
May travel to other local sites for training or to assist occasionally.
Youll Bring These Qualifications :
High school diploma
A minimum of 3 years of related experience
Ability to work closely with government partners, security counterparts, program managers, and offices within the Intelligence Community and other defense industry partners
Customer and team oriented and able to function with limited supervision
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Proficiency with MS Office
