The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for facilitating the achievement of company goals by evaluating business processes, identifying and creating requirements and uncovering areas for business process improvements. The Analyst will develop a thorough understanding of the business on both macro and micro levels and from each departments perspective.
The Senior Business Analyst will ensure an optimal solution implementation by working cross-functionally ensuring that the needs of all departments receive appropriate consideration and action. This will require a holistic view of the solution across all impacted departments and related workflows.
Responsible for the creation of business requirements and coordination of a variety of internal projects. This may include requirements definition, project plans, change management, meeting facilitation, workflow tracking, issue resolution and resource management
Serve as one of the companys subject matter experts related to the SAP SD and CRM system and its related process flows and controls for the Sales & Operations Business Line
Participant in the SAP Roadmap delivery process to ensure timely progress and the appropriate delivery of projects
Assist with the support and extension of the SAP s/4HANA solution at IDI to leverage system capabilities
Serve as a liaison between departments to assist and develop business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancements and implementations.
Serve as one of the companys resident experts related to the ERP system and its related process flows and controls.
Lead ongoing reviews of business processes, maintain all process documentation, and develop optimization strategies.
Identify ways to increase SAP SD and CRM adoption, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
Bridge the gap between Sales and Operations by improving processes and assisting with the identification and implementation of collaboration opportunities.
Assist with the management of projects end-to-end, including developing project plans, monitoring performance, and communicating project status, obstacles, and resource needs.
Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and executive management.
Work closely with appropriate stakeholders and executive management to ensure solutions meet business needs, organizational goals, business priorities and project expectations.
Build and maintain relationships and strategic partnerships with colleagues, external contacts and partners.
Provide support for system conversions, upgrades, enhancements or improvements.
Develop and execute use cases and user acceptance test plans.
Ability to work on large scale projects as well as handle day-to-day operational requests from the business.
Provide leadership, training, and guidance to colleagues and other staff.
Energetic and customer-focused with excellent customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Experience with SAP SD and CRM systems within SAP s/4HANA or equivalent.
Experience with multi state Mid to Large sized organizations within a Transportation / Logistics / Sales environment.
Exceptional critical and conceptual thinking skills with both attention to detail and holistic view of the environment.
Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to combine strong analytical and technical skills with business skills to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
Exposure to Agile and/or ITIL methodologies.
