WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Solutions Engineer, you will have the unique opportunity to present product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in company's technology infrastructure, and remove all technical objections in the sales cycle. To break it down, your responsibilities will include: + Partner with Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and win new business + Develop and foster good technical relationships with customers, partners and colleagues to assist with sales + Create a great first impression to our prospects by providing them with a world class experience. Identify customer problems and solve them utilizing products and services + Articulate the technical vision using all Teletrac Navman assets including core software, business intelligence, mobile, integrations, and hardware + Present and demonstrate the connection between the technical capabilities of the product and a return on investment to users, decision makers and executives as well as identifying project risk + Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure a smooth transition from sales to deployment and ensure technical needs of our customers are met ABOUT YOU At Teletrac Navman, we believe in YOU. To be successful in this role, YOU will be equipped with: + 5+ years experience including project management, process analysis, technology maintenance, sales exposure. + Relevant Bachelors degree preferred + Experience with + Strong quantitative, reasoning, and analytical skills within a highly metric driven organization + Proficiency in MS Office and SFDC. + Excellent communication skills.
