Job Description

This role will be responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining processes, tools and a team of individuals to support risk and compliance activities for Technology Services and Information Security Services.

Establish shared services operating model covering:

End to end control documentation and administration

Evidence management oversight and escalation

Compliance metrics reporting and alerts

Technology Owner Help Desk

Findings record analysis and monitoring

Risk and Control Self-Assessment data quality monitoring

Teams and SharePoint administration

Access reviews

The shared services model/team will analyze risk and compliance process and related tools, identify and implement changes. This role will be responsible for partnering across TOS Chief Risk Office and various functions to build and implement sustainable processes and reduce resource impact on business partners.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Seven plus years of experience in an applicable risk management environment

Applicable certifications

Preferred Skills/Experience

Manager experience

Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies

Experienced leader in defining, executing and monitoring shared services model

Strong relationship management and collaboration skills

Strong leadership and management skills of processes, projects and people

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills

Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $113,050.00 - $133,000.00 - $146,300.00
