Manages the associations membership data base, records and new member processing. Provides customer service to members on all inquires and questions regarding membership. Responsible for ensuring all members are meeting membership requirements. Assist in developing new content and programs for members.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Manages and Maintains membership data base, by keeping a close contact with member boards and establishes procedures and timeframes for member boards who are Points of Entry to transmit their membership additions, deletions, changes and drops to NRDS. Serves as POE for NMAR, Individual Members, and Member Boards without own POE.

Ensures that New Members complete Code of Ethics training within prescribed time period.

Main point of contact for all member inquires. Promote the REALTOR brand and benefits of membership.

Responsible for input of all information in NRDS and serves as one of the primary NMAR contact for NRDS. Assists and trains local board/association staff in NRDS requirements.

Produce and generate reports for periodic membership rosters, counts, and membership list as needed. Present to leaders as needed.

Knowledgeable on the requirements and benefits of membership in a REALTOR organization. Able to recruit members when applicable.

Maintains all files of new applications and change forms

Maintains logs on membership database software problems and works as a liaison with the Director of Member Programs to resolve problems;

Manages member email database and update as needed. Notifies members of procedures necessary to edit their information in membership database. Manages unsubscribes to NMAR blast communications.

Assist Director of Member Programs in developing membership programs and content.

Work closely with Director of Member Programs to modify and improve REALTOR Forms

Assist with Association education services as needed.

Administrative support to staff as needed

Other duties as assigned.

Committees

1. Liaison for NMAR committees as assigned.

a. Provides administrative and logistical staff support to NMARs Committees; works with chair to create meeting agenda; obtains meeting location; sends out meeting notices; prepares and distributes agenda packets; prepares minutes; gathers background material as directed by the chair/committee; advises committee members on NMARs policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS :

College degree or relevant experience; previous association work helpful. Must be a detail-oriented self-starter who follows established procedures; tactful; resourceful; organized; and customer friendly. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite programs. High School diploma required, 2-year college degree or higher preferred.
