About the team
The Commercial Credit team supports a number of applications used by the Commercial area. Our team supports the Call Tracker, Wrapper, and GBD applications.
What you'll do
Assists in facilitating scrum foundation, values and principles within the team. Supports in executing the backlog as requested by the product manager, and the other scrum tactics such as daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, working agreements, charters, team routines, etc. Responsible for products/assignments of basic to moderate complexity and/or scope. Performs under general guidance and supervision. Applies comprehensive knowledge of professional concepts and established technologies.
Bachelor's degree or related field, or equivalent work experience
Less than one year of experience as a Scrum Master
Knowledge of Agile principles and practices and capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge
Understanding of basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
Experience in business analysis, product/project management, or product development
Demonstrated ability to influence team and key stakeholders
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work in ambiguity and iterate to a solution
Can estimate and solve basic business problems without explicit direction
Creative, flexible, and willing to continuously change, evolve, and improve software development processes
Demonstrated program-level collaboration and system architecture understanding
Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, budgeting and time management skills
CSM or PSM certification a plus

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $68,765.00 - $80,900.00 - $88,990.00
