Title: Part-Time Student-Data Analytics-Remote- 85026
The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Companys regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule year-round.
As a Part-Time Student-Data Analytics for John Deeres Intelligent Solutions Group located in Austin, Texas,you will have the opportunity to apply your data science skills to solve business problems within the Enterprise Customer Data and Analytics team. You will be responsible for assisting with the deployment, communication and monitoring of advanced analytics models for key stakeholders and users.
Assist Data Wranglers, Data Engineersand Data Scientists with analytics projects
Query and cleanse data
Build compelling data visualizations and dashboards
What Skills you Need
Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Data Science , Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related degree; others may apply
Must be registered as a full-time student at anaccredited university
Graduation date of 2023 or later
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
Available to work during the academic year, 16-20 hours weekly
Available to work during the summer semester, 20-40 hours weekly
Knowledge applying statistical analyses and analytical methodologies on advanced analytics problems
Proficiency in programming languages SQL, Python or R
Ability to independentlyidentify gaps, develop a plan and propose solutions
