Coordinates and monitors the operation of the Ground Transportation Center and landside ground transportation activities.
Monitors operations of all ground transportation operators for compliance with airport rules and regulations.
Maintains documentation of activities.
Coordinates and sets priorities concerning commercial vehicle utilization of assigned zones.
Provides mobile information and assistance service at point of demand to passengers and the public concerning hotel accommodations, convention activities, parking, flight information and ground transportation service availability.
Operates the public paging system in the Ground Transportation Center.
Projects a friendly image of the airport.
Assists public and convention groups.
Dispatch taxis.
Assists the public with locating lost vehicles.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
Knowledge of landside and ground transportation activities.

Required Licenses, Certificates, and Conditions
Valid driver's license and demonstrated good driving record.
