Our work depends on Help Desk Technicians joining our team to support a large infrastructure support effort at Annapolis Junction, MD; San Antonio, TX or Bossier City, LA.

The Help Desk Technician duties will include:

Answering calls, chats and emails from customers

Providing technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external client

Provide timely updates and closure to client requests and issues

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Active TS/SCI Clearance Required with Poly

High school diploma AND 1 year of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Must have and maintain 8570 Level I certification

Technical Support or Customer Service experience is required

CWIP - IAT level I Compliance:

Persons performing in this support role make the CE less vulnerable by correcting flaws and implementing IAT controls in the hardware or software installed within their operational systems. Persons performing these functions, regardless of their occupational title are identified as part of the IA workforce and must be able to support requirements to recognize potential security violations, take appropriate action to report the incident as required by regulations, and mitigate any adverse impact in accordance with policy. for Cyber Workforce Improvement Plan .
