Job Summary

Spa Trouve is an invigorating environment that provides state of the art devices and highly trained providers devoted especially to helping people "find themselves" through beauty. The main purpose of this position is to help run the daily operations of the front desk. The Receptionist will work directly under, and will be supervised by, the Spa Manager and Esthetic Manager of their delegated clinic . Compensation starts at $14/hour depending on experience + bonuses, paid time off and medical, dental and vision coverage plans + spa discounts and perks, including discounted products, services, and injections. Hours range between 20-40 per week, and working occasional weekend and night hours is to be expected.

The Receptionist will work in a fast paced environment and should rarely have any downtime. The Receptionist will receive an assigned schedule that will be subject to change based on the needs of the business. It will be important that this person remains flexible, as the schedule changes are typically unpredictable and may occur at any time. The Spa Manager and Esthetic Manager will do their best to work with scheduling concerns or issues, but failure to find a solution regarding the current needs of the business could result in termination, or a loss of scheduled hours.

Job performance while working the schedule will be monitored closely, and there will be very high expectations in regards to client care and sales ability. Job Duties of the Receptionist are listed below, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift and/or push at least 40lbs
  • 1 year customer service experience
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
