Our Office Assistant plays a critical role in creating and maintaining a welcoming experience for visitors and team members at our headquarters office in Provo, UT.
We thrive on being “Purveyors of Awesome”, and in this role, you set the tone at our primarily hub office. From greeting everyone with a smile, to ensuring our common areas are uncluttered, you contribute to driving our amazing culture forward. You will interact with all departments and all levels of team members from senior executives to front line team members to our valued guests, visitors, and vendors.
This is a part-time , hourly position, working 4 hours per day Monday through Friday. Hours can vary between 8-5. This position is based in our Provo office and reports to the Director of Human Resources. The office attire is casual and comfortable, yet clean and professional.
Maintain a clean, clutter-free environment throughout the office, including the reception lobby, common areas, shared workspaces, kitchen, breakroom, and hallways.
Answer incoming calls and greet team members and visitors in the reception area.
Coordinate daily shipping and receiving; receive packages and mail and distribute to appropriate team members, assist with preparing and shipping outgoing items, and ensure postage is available.
Inventory and order office and kitchen supplies and maintain supplies in an organized manner throughout the office.
Maintain the general email inbox.
Assist with basic administrative functions as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent, and prior general office experience.
Must be friendly, well-organized, and reliable.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for email, ordering supplies, and general correspondence.
Ability to interact professionally with all levels of team members ranging from senior executive leaders to front line employees.
A “can-do” attitude.
