Finding faults and defects to submit for repairs in order to provide high quality products
Taking ownership of learning our GPS products and our inventory process
Continuously creating helpful documentation of each case in our CRM tool, Salesforce, and navigating through IntAcct, an accounting software
An ideal candidate typically has 1+ years of customer service experience, but we're open to pure entry-level talent. As a part time employee you will work up to 25 hours per week .
