TriHealth is actively recruiting for an Organization Effectiveness Coordinator for our corporate office in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a part-time position working ~40 hours per pay period .
In this role, you provide support and coordination in support of various initiatives and projects for the Organizational Effectiveness Department and their assigned teams. You will be responsible for management and support of special projects, coordination of intake requests, and other administrative duties with increased levels of responsibility.
To be qualified for this position, you must meet these minimum qualifications:
EDUCATION:
Associate's Degree Other Organizational Development, Human Resources, Leadership, Business, Psychology, Communication, Education
EXPERIENCE:
3-4 years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Leadership, Business, Psychology, Communication, Education,
1-2 years of clerical experience
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
Healthcare experience preferred
