Stanley Access Technologies seeks a self-motivated, result driven team player to fill a Customer Service Representative position. The position will provide customer service support by obtaining / verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Assist customers by ensuring orders contain all materials necessary to accomplish their objectives. Offers products to complete or compliment door package orders. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed to provide our customers with the service/support to achieve corporate and department goals. This position will support the customer by providing basic product knowledge on routine issues as well as supports the Sales and Field teams as necessary to meet customer needs and expectations.

12:00 Noon to 10:30 PM Shift - Saturday and Sunday


Receive, edit, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the computerized software system and customer purchase orders. The focus will be on basic orders of a routine nature

Work with customer to ensure all necessary and/or complimentary products are offered when placing order.

Initiate required action for response to customer service request for order changes including the maintenance of order information files and communicate changes to the appropriate personnel.

Operate a computer workstation to obtain and extract order information and provide Customer Service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports.

Recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the Customer Call Center.

Provide back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as necessary.

Receive, evaluate, and answer customer inquiries of a general nature in a timely manner using catalogs and resource material as supporting documentation.

Maintain accurate customer records.

Represent the company to customers. May maintain direct, continuing relationship with certain customers.

Performs duties and responsibilities as described in the quality system.

Perform other related duties in support of the office as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

1+ year of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications

Associates degree

Proficient computer skills

Effective communication and listening skills

Flexibility with schedule

Flexible, cooperative, and proactive

Able to work independently in a team or oriented environment

Ability to make decisions and troubleshoot

Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities under pressure and challenging interactions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Detail oriented
