Greets and assists all prospective or current residents who enter community
Ensures model and target apartments are acceptable for showing
Handles all data entry and information management in multiple platforms
Answers and directs incoming messages and communication via phones, email, fax, etc.
Organizes and stores files, faxes, and other documents as appropriate maintains
Schedules appointments as necessary
Follows up with leads and prospects
Consistent and sustained adherence to Monarch Professional Behavioral Standards
Performs special projects and other assignments as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
Excellent computer skills, actively demonstrating how to navigate, use, and solve problems via software
Good communication skills, actively demonstrating professional maturity and how to express themselves and their ideas clearly and concisely, regardless of communication method
Strong detail and customer service orientation
