As a Night Auditors at High Hotels LTDYou will be responsible for balancing revenue and expense transactions .You are required to postively represent the hotel to the guest. Respond courteously and efficiently to guest needs. Act as a source of information about the hotel and local area. Assist guests during arrival and deperature. Assist guests during arrivals and departure They will also maintain the safety and security of the hotels guests and co-workers.

We are seeking a full time or part time candidate to be able to work from 11:00PM-7:00AM including weekends. Weekends include a $1 extra an hour shift premium!

High Hotels offers a comprehensive total compensation package including medical benefits, 401, vacation time and employee discounts

$13.36-$14.35/hr.

Areas of responsibility for our night audit staff include:

Assisting guests with arrival and departure

Taking, modifying, and canceling guest reservations

Cash handling

Posting and running night audit reports

Maintains the hotel safety and security standards

Communicate hotel facilities and services to all guests

Maintain daily logs

Delivery of express check out receipts and newspapers as needed

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:

A high school diploma or general equivalent preferred

Customer service experience preferred

Must be capable of handling money accurately

Reading, math, and communication skills

General knowledge of bookkeeping and auditing preferred

Ability to work weekends and holidays is required
