Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock food items and kitchen supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation and hygiene standards
- Ensure that the food preparation area is cleaned and sanitized
- Cook food items by grilling, frying and other cooking methods based on chefs instructions
- Collaborate with the Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during dining hours
Qualifications:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work over rotating shifts, and overtime when needed
- Minimum education of High school diploma or equivalent educational degree
