Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inspecting and making sure the guest rooms and/or public areas are clean and in good working order
- Assist in training the Housekeepers, Laundry Attendant and Janitorial staff
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk
- Follow safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems
Qualifications:
- Experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Ability to work over rotating shifts, and overtime when needed
- Good command of the English language, and the ability to talk to guests
- Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent educational degree
