Responsibilities:

- Responsible for directing, planning and preparation of all culinary operations

- Create new menus and creative meals desserts

- Manage the Kitchen, cooks and staff, and ensure the quality preparation of all menu items

- Coordinate the purchase of all food items, and maintain approved food costs for the restaurant

- Oversee the daily operations of the Kitchen department, including Events, Venues and Staff Cafeteria

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef

- Experience managing a larger number of staff (+15 employees)

- Very good english command, written and verbal

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Minimum education of bachelors or diploma in culinary arts
