Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service throughout the entire event and assist in the banquet area
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, and when leaving
- Take customer orders and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and tidy tables for guests before seating them
- Handle and deliver trays, plates and foot items to guest tables
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience working in restaurants
- Ability to work over rotating shifts, and overtime when needed
- Excellent customer service skills, and positive attitude
- Good command of the English language, and the ability to talk to guests
- Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent educational degree
