Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day community management on our social media platforms such as Facebook, SnapChat, Instagram

- Reply and Respond to the audience on our social media platforms, and direct any technical inquiries to the technical team

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create new ideas for the company's branding and image

- Find new content and engagement opportunities by staying in tune with the latest trends in the industry

- Analyse social data and feedback from audience to support strategic recommendations

Qualifications:

- Understanding of social media best practices and accounts managing

- Great customer service skills, and a people person

- Good research and analytical skills

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Minimum of diploma or bachelors degree in marketing or digital marketing
