Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in the architectural landscape design process, and develop alternative solutions
- Design of construction documents related to landscape zoning requirements for permitting and construction bidding processes
- Develop and advance design ideas from concept through contract document phases for projects ranging widely in size and complexity
- Prepare site plans, planting plans, grading plans, site sections and details for all phases
- Provide construction observation services including field observation of landscape installation and plant selection
Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong Problem Solving and Design Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication presentation skills are a must
- Very good English command, in written and verbal
- Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering
