We're a new and progressive real estate agency with focus on client satisfaction, and excellent after sales services. We're looking for A motivated and highly enthusiastic new member to join our amazing team at Antalya Investments, in a job position of an accountant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Determine the costs associated with Commercial projects
- Factor items like personnel expenses, time to complete, and material and equipment to the overall cost
- Ensure each project is set up to be financially viable by gathering proposals from subcontractors or vendors
- Analyze company data, monitor budgets and prices
- Review design options and recommend best solution based on cost or availability of materials
Skills and Requirements:
- Knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control, as well as the ability to interpret computerized cost data
- Excellent written and verbal communication presentation skills are a must
- Very good English command, in written and verbal
- Experience with MS Excel and data management programs
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or equivalent degree
