Gypsum Animal Hospital is looking to add a great associate veterinarianto their amazing team of professionals! As a part-time associate veterinarian, up to 25 hours per week would be available.

Gypsum Animal Hospital is situated in the small, but growing town of Gypsum Colorado nestled right in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Our hospital is a small practice that focuses mostly on internal medicine but handles emergency and surgical cases as well. We possess a full laboratory, surgical room, and imaging equipment to provide our patients with the best care we possibly can. VIP Program: Veterinary Incentive Plan

The industry-first program called the Veterinarian Incentive Plan allows current doctors and those who become a part of the Pathway team to elect to participate in the new bonus structure, which is based on tenure and company performance. General practice veterinarians can earn up to $225,000, One-third of the total VIP award is based on each doctor's tenure and the other two-thirds is based on company performance.

The program is eligible for current and new doctors who provide veterinary care at Thrive veterinary hospital locations and includes general practice, specialty, and emergency doctors. T
